Luxury Jam and Coconut School Days Cake

These cakes are home baked in Cambridge by me to a high standard using high quality fresh ingredients.

The vanilla cakes are generously covered in raspberry jam and finished with desiccated coconut.

Each cake is wrapped to keep them fresh and makes them ideal for picnics, packed lunches and birthday parties.

The cakes will be sealed and wrapped in blue tissue paper. They are secured in a large postal box. If you would like these gift boxed they will be tied with blue ribbon and the box will not have an address on making them ideal to give as a gift for any occasion.

12 Slices , Each cake slice is approximately 6cm x 6cm.

All orders are sent 1st class and cakes stay fresh for 7 days.

Ingredients - Wheat Flour, Sugar, Margarine, Free Range Eggs, Raspberry Jam, Desiccated Coconut, Milk, Vanilla Extract.

ALLERGENS - WHEAT FLOUR, FREE RANGE EGGS, MILK.

Made in an environment that handles NUTS, GLUTEN, SOYA, MILK & EGGS, SESAME SEEDS, PEANUTS, FISH. 

All cakes are suitable for vegetarians.

All my bakes are packaged carefully in postal boxes to help keep them safe during delivery but sometimes breakages can occur.
